The Ottawa County Community Foundation was officially established on April 1, 1999, as a public charitable foundation to impact and support the community. Founder Joy Roth gathered community leaders together to discuss the benefits of a Community Foundation with the goal to improve the quality of life for those who live and work in Ottawa County.
